Terms and Conditions – PKRGame Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pkrgame ("pkrgame", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkrgame.onl. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkrgame platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any pkrgame service. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules that govern individual games or promotions available on pkrgame. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that specific game only.

• These Terms apply to all services provided at pkrgame.onl including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and any bonus or promotional offer.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute about the meaning of a clause, the English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version.
• pkrgame processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted.
• Nothing in these Terms removes your rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

2 Account Registration

To use any real-money service on pkrgame, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free and open to any eligible Pakistani resident who meets the requirements set out in these Terms. You may only hold one account on pkrgame. If pkrgame discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be immediately closed, all balances in those accounts will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. pkrgame may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your Pakistani national identity card (CNIC).
• Each Pakistani mobile number may be used for only one pkrgame account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. pkrgame will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must notify pkrgame immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3 Age Verification

pkrgame is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on pkrgame. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. pkrgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, on the first withdrawal request, or at any point during the lifetime of the account.

If pkrgame has reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all activity halted pending age verification. If it is confirmed that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, pkrgame will close the account, refund the net deposits made during the underage period, and report the matter to relevant authorities if required by applicable law. Winnings accumulated during an underage period are not payable under any circumstances.

• Acceptable age verification documents include a Pakistani CNIC or B-Form.
• Verification documents must be valid, legible, and show the player's date of birth clearly.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing pkrgame. pkrgame's Responsible Gaming page provides guidance on parental controls.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrgame are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrgame does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion at any point. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

pkrgame reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. For withdrawals above Rs 100,000, identity verification is mandatory. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. pkrgame will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account that differs from the one used for the original deposit, except where a method-change request has been formally approved by pkrgame's compliance team.

• Deposits made from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name may be declined and refunded.
• pkrgame does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited on pkrgame earn no interest under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pkrgame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Minimum odds: Bets placed to meet wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Bets placed at lower odds do not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Eligible games: Not all games on pkrgame contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports bets at qualifying odds 100%. The specific promotion page will state the exact contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after they are credited to your account. Any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry date results in the bonus being removed from the account.
• Welcome bonus: The new-player welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. pkrgame reserves the right to withdraw the welcome offer if abuse is detected.
• Free spins: Free spin winnings are credited as real cash on pkrgame unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Cash winnings from free spins are not subject to additional wagering requirements beyond what the promotion specifies.
• No-bonus play: Players who prefer to play without bonus restrictions can opt out of all bonuses at the time of deposit. This preference can also be set permanently in your account settings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on pkrgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all digital games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party including pkrgame staff. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for all slot games and are based on long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds, not individual sessions.

• The minimum single bet across all pkrgame casino games and sports markets is Rs 50 unless a specific game or market states a higher minimum.
• The maximum single bet is Rs 1,000,000. Sports betting accumulators have a maximum payout of Rs 5,000,000.
• pkrgame reserves the right to limit the bet size of any player at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are observed.
• Bets that are placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. pkrgame may void a bet at its sole discretion if a clear error — such as an incorrectly published price or result — is identified.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, pkrgame will investigate using server-side logs and resolve the matter based on the last recorded game state. In the absence of complete server records, the bet or round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Collusion, match-fixing, abuse of in-play betting mechanics, and use of automated betting software on pkrgame are all strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be permanently closed and funds will be forfeited.

7 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting on pkrgame is subject to the general betting rules in Section 6 and the additional rules in this section. pkrgame uses official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, PKL for kabaddi, etc.) for settlement of all sports bets.

• Match postponement: If a sports event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For events that begin but are not completed, settlement rules vary by sport — see the specific sport's rules within the pkrgame sportsbook interface.
• Cricket DLS method: For limited-overs cricket matches that are shortened by weather or other interruptions, pkrgame settles match-winner bets based on the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method result as declared by the umpires.
• Live / in-play betting: Live betting odds on pkrgame are indicative and subject to change in the time between you clicking an odds button and your bet being confirmed. If the odds change significantly before your bet is accepted, pkrgame will notify you of the new price and ask you to confirm. This is not a delay tactic — it is a reflection of real-time market movements.
• Cash out: Cash out is available on eligible bets at the value displayed at the time you request the cash out. Between clicking "Cash Out" and the system confirming the settlement, the cash out value may change due to market movements. pkrgame will always display the final confirmed value before crediting the amount to your wallet.
• Accumulators: If any selection in an accumulator bet is voided (e.g., due to postponement), that selection is removed and the accumulator pays out at the revised combined odds of the remaining selections.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

pkrgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Where possible, pkrgame will provide advance notice and a reason for account action, but in cases involving potential fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, accounts may be suspended without notice pending investigation.

• Accounts may be closed for: providing false registration information, holding multiple accounts, underage gambling, bonus abuse, match-fixing or collusion, suspected fraudulent payment activity, or any behaviour that pkrgame determines to be contrary to fair play.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by you, all funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. pkrgame will specify what, if any, funds are returnable at the time of closure.
• Players may voluntarily close their pkrgame account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures process within 48 hours. Any real-money balance (excluding un-wagered bonus funds) is returned to you via the payment method on file.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to open a new account during a self-exclusion period are a breach of these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkrgame takes problem gambling seriously. We provide a full suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available immediately in your account settings — you do not need to contact support to activate them.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length. pkrgame will notify you when your session time is approaching its limit and will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position in the current session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit or place bets. Existing withdrawals will still be processed.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or minimum-6-month exclusion from all pkrgame services. Requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from pkrgame.

• pkrgame does not sell your personal data to third parties.

• All data transmissions between your device and pkrgame's servers are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data subject to pkrgame's legal retention obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on pkrgame — including the site design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the property of pkrgame or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pkrgame's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkrgame content without express written permission.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any pkrgame software.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of pkrgame is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

pkrgame provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• pkrgame is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions, internet outages, or device failures on your side.
• pkrgame is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• pkrgame's total liability to any player for any cause is limited to the net deposits made by that player to their pkrgame account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pkrgame's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

13 Changes to These Terms

pkrgame may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkrgame will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required urgently by law or by a regulator, in which case it may take immediate effect.

The current version of these Terms is always available at pkrgame.onl/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use pkrgame after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
